• Insomnia

1. Do you suffer from insomnia?
2. Do you have trouble falling asleep?
3. Do you wake up during the night unable to get back to sleep?

Suburban Research Associates is conducting a clinical research study using an investigational drug for Insomnia.

If you qualify and are enrolled, you will receive, study medication, study-related medical care, evaluations, and laboratory work, all at no charge. Reimbursement
 for time and travel is provided.

• ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

1. Are you easily distracted?
2. Is it hard for you to pay attention to detail?
3. Are you forgetful in daily activities?
4. Are you having a hard time focusing at work?
5. Are your personal relationships suffering?

• Generalized Anxiety Disorder

1. Do you find it difficult to control your worry?
2. Do you feel restless, keyed up or on edge?
3. Are you easily fatigued?
4. Do you have difficulty concentrating or does your mind go blank?
5. Are you irritable?
6. Do you have muscle tension?
7. Do you have difficulty falling or staying asleep or have a restless sleep?

If these symptoms look familiar, you may be suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

If you are at least 18 years old, you may be eligible to participate in a research study testing an investigational medicine.
